Firmware Upgrade for the LX800 Color Label Printer to version 2.04(36)

Updating your firmware is fast and simple. Please follow these steps to insure a successful update:

Make certain your LX800 is connected to your PC as described in your owner's manual. The LX800 should be turned on and ready to receive data.
Download the firmware updater by clicking on the link below. Save it to your Desktop.

Download firmware updater for LX800 (PC)
Once the firmware updater is downloaded, double click on the file to start the update. Follow the on-screen prompts.

Note: If you have a firmware version lower that 2.01 currently installed on your printer, you can not update to this version. There is a hardware compatibility issue which prevents this upgrade. If you are having problems with your printer, please contact tech support for a resolution.
